Another successful Ladies Self Defence Event in South Leeds!

Our second Ladies Self Defence event took place at the Leeds South AEGIS Academy, which caters for families in areas like Beeston, Holbeck, Middleton, Rothwell, Morley and Hunslet.

Another great turnout with everyone having enjoyed the process and content of the sessions. Because these session are not aimed or focused on teaching detailed or complex martial arts technique, they are extremely accessible for most people who just want to learn something to make themselves feel more confident.

We still have 2 more events to do and we are looking forward to those as well!

If you are an adult who lives in Beeston, Holbeck, Middleton, Rothwell, Morley or any surrounding areas and you have thought about trying martial arts training, why not visiting our Leeds South Academy and find out more.
