How Your Child Can Overcome Bullying....So You Don't Need To Worry About Them
B stands for Back Up
Even the strongest and bravest superheros have people around them that they can trust and that will help them when things get really tough.
Think about the Avengers, the X-Men or the Justice League. When the challenge seems too big for one of them to take on themselves, they know they have family & friends to back them up and support them in overcoming it.
That gives them confidence they can tackle any challenge.
R stands for Respect
Everyone should be treated equally, this is the basic concept of Respect. It is a quality that Captain America & Black Panther hold in high regard.
Superheroes treat everyone the same, no matter where they are from or what they like to do. They also look to set the example of respect for others to follow.
By setting this example & treating everyone how they would like to be treated, Superheroes gain confidence from doing the right thing.
A stands for Attitude
Your Attitude (how you think) is a very powerful tool for a superhero.
Even when you are scared, not feeling your best or not sure what to do; a true superhero knows they must approach the challenge with a good attitude.
Captain Marvel & Shang Chi have a strong belief in themselves & what they stand for, even when the challenge seems impossible to overcome.
Having a positive attitude in yourself & your actions will boost your confidence to superhero levels!
We teach you child to 'Be 'B.R.A.V.E'
V stands for Vulnerable
Even the strongest & bravest superheroes are vulnerable to something, they have a weakness.
For Superman it's Kryptonite and Thor is weak without his hammer. Even though they have these weakness, they still take on challenges and overcome their fears to do what is right for them & others.
Knowing their weakness gives a superhero confidence because they understand it, accept it and take act despite of it.
E stands for Empathy
We may not have the same powers as Professor X or Jean Grey which lets them read peoples minds, but a good superhero always trys to understand how their actions & words will make people feel.
A true superhero knows if doing or saying something would make them feel bad, it would probably make others feel that way too.
We always want to consider our actions & words towards others. By doing that, we have the confidence to know we are doing the right thing.
