Ninja Tots

A great starting point for your 3-5 year old to learn Martial Arts. Perfect for developing important physical skills and key life skills early in life.

Adults

Great way to get fit that is more challenging and engaging than going to the gym. Improve your fitness as well as learning self defence, building confidence and self discipline.

Children

The best activity to set your children up for the future! Give your child confidence, discipline, focus and a fun, challenging new skill to channel their energy into.

Family Classes
